Birgittas trädgård receives, collects and stores any information you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way. We process personal data such as names, email addresses, home addresses and phone numbers in order to sell our products and complete orders for our products through our website.  We value your privacy and therefore this document outlines further information about the way in which we handle personal data and your rights in relation to your personal data.

This site uses the Squarespace platform. Squarespace uses cookies for the functionality and security of our site. We do not provide for online payment on our website. Payments occur via Swish or invoice. We therefore do not collect any customer payment details online.

  • contact you about the delivery of your purchase;

  • send you Birgittas trädgård newsletters if you have signed up to this service;

  • send you a weekly Birgittas trädgård newsletter as a member of our “andelsjordbruk” about the products you have purchased from us; and/or

  • provide customer services and support.

  • you have purchased a product from us and opted in to receive our newsletters;

  • you have signed up to our newsletter service on our website or offline; and/or

  • you have signed up as a member of our “andelsjordbruk” to receive weekly vegetable deliveries and receive a weekly newsletter as part of this service.

We use the website building services provided by the Squarespace platform. Your data is therefore stored in squarespace.com’s data storage, databases and general squarespace.com applications. (4) The duration of time that we store your personal information

We keep your contact details, including name, email address, home address and telephone number for the period of time that you are an active customer of Birgittas trädgård.

You are an active customer of Birgittas trädgård if you:

  • purchase a product from us;

  • are in contact with us about our products and/or the purchase of products from us; and/or

  • are a member of Birgittas trädgårds “ändelsjordbruk” and receive our weekly newsletters about the products you have purchased from us.

We review the data we hold on an annual basis, and erase it when we no longer need it. If you are no longer an active customer of Birgittas trädgård, the longest period of time we will hold onto your data is two years from the date that you last purchased a product from us. We will then remove your personal information by deleting it from the Wix platform.
